Product Information
ebog.dk sells e-books and audiobooks, which are available on platforms such as PC, Mac, and smartphones.
Delivery of e-books and audiobooks
When we receive your order, we will send an e-mail with your order confirmation. This e-mail will also contain a link that allows you to download your purchased book(s).
If you have preordered an e-book or audiobook that has yet to be published, the link in the e-mail will not be active until the publication date. It will be clear if your order is a preorder.
Prices and payment
At ebog.dk you are able to pay with credit card, Mastercard, Visa, and MobilePay. We will not withdraw the payment from your account until the e-mail containing links for downloading your e-books and/or audiobooks has been sent to the given e-mail address. All prices include taxes and credit card fees.
When shopping at ebog.dk the payment happens through a secure connection (Https/SSL) through the payment provider Quickpay. All credit card information is handled in correspondence to the rules of the credit card organisations.
Right of cancellation
When buying digital products delivered immediately you agree to revoke the 14 days right of cancellation.
This only applies if you have used the link for downloading your products – if the link is unused, you still have 14 days right of cancellation. If you have used the link and thereby downloaded the product(s) you can no longer return the product(s).
If you regret your purchase, you can click the link for cancellation in your order confirmation. Then your product will be deactivated, and the payment will be refunded. You are always welcome to contact us by clicking here.
Claims and complaints
The purchase is covered by Købeloven, which means that we will help you correct errors or defects of the product within 24 months after the purchase. If your purchase has an error, please contact us as soon as possible, so we can help find a solution to the problem.
Rights
The license and the right of use of the product is personal and must therefore not be re-sold or transferred. If the product is further distributed, it might be against the rights and can result in legal proceedings. The products bought from ebog.dk are either watermarked or DRM-protected.
DDRA – Danish Data Protection Act
In order to shop on ebog.dk, the following information is needed:

• Address
• E-mail
• Phone number/mobile phone number
The abovementioned data is saved with the information about your purchases in a minimum of 5 years from the end of the current financial year. The information is saved according to bogføringslovens § 10. Information is not sold or transferred to third parties, unless this happens in connection with a complete or partly sale of the company. Further distribution of data in such a situation will happen in accordance with the valid DDRA. As a customer you have a right to gain insight into our data registration concerning you, and you can at any time make objections against a registration in accordance to the rules hereof in The Danish Act on processing of personal data.
